Columbus Underground featured 1515 W Lane Ave in an article about development on Lane St. 

We are very excited to see this project come to fruition. We believe utilization of an existing building is the most environmentally sustainable way to design. It is not the always easy but to reuse the structure is a more efficient use of resources. 

The Morgan Condominiums

“The new project, which is being called The Morgan, will occupy the two empty lots on either side of Ohio Avenue, on the north side of Oak Street. One of those lots, on the west side of Ohio, once held a two-story building that was slated for renovation but had to be demolished after partially collapsing.“
